There is important work being done here developing technology and awareness around nutrient density. The Bionutrient Food Association (BFA) research team consists of Grower Members, soil scientists and agronomists who will use a sophisticated tool to determine the levels of many different types of nutrients and minerals with a single scan. "It is our opinion that it is in the best interest of all of us to eat the best quality food possible. It is also our opinion that money talks, and when people start making pocket book decisions, the markets follow.
